The perspective flip (the SCHOOL is nervous, not the child) is a brilliant anxiety reducer for 4-5 year olds starting school.
How to Use
- Read before the first day of school or preschool
- Ask: 'What do you think the school is feeling?'
- Flip it back: 'The school was nervous — were YOU ever nervous about something new?'
